Travel Information – getting to Ljubljana
By air – Nearest airports
- Recommended: Jože Pučnik airport – LJUBLJANA, Slovenia: approx. 30 minutes to Ljubljana (by car/shuttle)
- Ronchi airport – TRIESTE, Italy: approx. 90 minutes to Ljubljana (by car)
- International airport Pleso – ZAGREB, Croatia: approx. 90 minutes to Ljubljana (by car)
SHUTTLE TRANSFER SERVICE from the Jože Pučnik airport, Ljubljana to your hotel/venue
Participants arriving by air plane are advised to book their final destination the Jože Pučnik airport, Ljubljana, Slovenia. The airport is connected by frequent flights to all major European airports.
It is the most suitable airport on the way to Ljubljana and there will be a shuttle transfer service organized for you upon the arrival, on Thursday 30th June 2016 as well as on 3rd July 2016, taking you to the hotel/venue and back. The shuttle service will run through the day at a special rate 15 EUR/person/way – maximum waiting time for the shuttle service is 45 minutes to combine transportation.

INDIVIDUAL TRANSFER SERVICE from / to the airport
There will be individual transfer service organized for all participants and accompanying persons from the Jože Pučnik airport to the hotel/venue and back for maximum 3 people per car/way and there will be NO waiting time.
The driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall with your name tag and drive you directly to the hotel/venue. PRICE: From the Jože Pučnik airport (Ljubljana, Slovenia) to Ljubljana: €35
